Messages you receive are transactional and service-related, sent on behalf of the business you contacted. You agree to receive SMS messages regarding:
Message frequency varies based on your interaction with the business and your specific service needs. Message and data rates may apply based on your mobile carrier plan. OppScale Solutions does not charge for SMS messages, but your carrier's standard messaging rates will apply.
You may opt out of SMS communications at any time by replying STOP to any message sent on behalf of the business. You may reply HELP for assistance with messaging services.
OppScale Solutions and the businesses using our platform are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages due to carrier limitations, network issues, device compatibility, or other technical factors beyond our control.
All content, features, and functionality of our services, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, software, and audio, are owned by OppScale Solutions and are protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
